Elegante e decisamente snob nel profilo principale alterna note di erba tagliata, peperoni verdi, muschio bianco, bosso e pietra focaia. C'è di più nella sottile presenza di citronella e timo selvatico che dominano la scena secondaria. La partenza riduttiva della matrice chiede di aspettarlo e ne aumenta l'aspettativa nel sorso. Corpo pieno, struttura densa e perfettamente lineare e progressiva emoziona sin da subito per la perfezione d'esecuzione e la capacità di trasportarti nella sua essenza così vera, diretta e semplicemente unica. Vieris 2019 è il miglior Sauvignon Blanc d'Italia. Bevi ora o invecchia.

Elegant and decidedly snobbish in the primary profile alternating notes of cut grass, green bell peppers, white musk, boxwood and flint. There's more in the subtle presence of citronella and wild thyme which dominate the secondary scene. The reductive part of the matrix asks to be waited for which augments the expectation of the sip. Full bodied, a dense, perfectly linear and progressive structure is immediately exciting with it's precision of execution and capacity to transport you into it's true essence, direct and simply unique.
