I sentori di agrumi arsi di limone, arancia e cedro si fondono in modo elegante a sfumature erbacee di rosmarino, timo, salvia ed alloro. L'energia del sottofondo si libera lentamente nel calice offrendo nuance di magnolia, canfora, ananas poco matura e nocciola delicatissima. Corpo medio-pieno, struttura avvolgente tridimensionale che alterna in modo inverecondo il sapido all'attacco, il grasso del centro palato e la sottile percezione amaricante in chiusura. L'aftertasting è imponente nella traccia esotica poco matura fusa ad un ritorno di kiwi e pietra bianca calda. Johanniter in purezza allevato a 832 metri sul livello del mare nel cuore della Val di Non. Un potenziale di invecchiamento di pochi eletti. Solo 491 bottiglie prodotte e 30 Magnum nell'annata 2018. Meglio dal 2022.

The primary scene of this white wine, the son of knowledge and love from an incredible landscape is of devastating beauty. The burnt citrus scents of lemon, orange and lime blend in an elegant manner with the herbaceous hints of rosemary, thyme, sage and bay. The energy in the background frees itself slowly in the glass offering nuances of magnolia, camphor, slightly un-ripe pineapple and very delicate hazelnut. Medium to full bodied, a tri-dimensional enveloping structure which in a rather impudent manner is savoury on the attack, fat on the centre palate and then the subtle bitter perception in the closure. The after-tasting is imposing with a slightly un-ripe exotic trace blending in return with kiwi and hot white stone. Pure Johanniter grown at 832 metres a.s.l. in the heart of Val di Non. The aging potential of a select few. Only 491 bottles produced and 30 Magnums from the 2018 vintage. Better from 2022.
