My Memory Tasting

Espressivo e decisamente imponente nella matrice principale ricorda di fiori bagnati, asfalto caldo, china, rabarbaro, terra bagnata, chinotto, cedro in pezzi e fiori di sambuco. Le amarene in sottofondo creano l'ossatura principale di ottima presenza. Corpo pieno, tannini perfettamente morbidi di grana finissima ed un finale che stringe dal centro palato in poi in cerca di un allungo importante. Ricco di materia chiude con una sottile presenza amaricante che si attenuerà nei prossimi anni. Meglio dal 2027.

Expressive and decidedly imposing in the main matrix reminiscent of wet flowers, hot asphalt, cinchona, rhubarb, wet earth, chinotto, shredded cedar and elderflower. Black cherries in the background create the main framework of excellent presence. Full body, perfectly soft tannins of the finest grain and a finish that tightens from the centre of the palate onwards in search of an important lengthening. Rich in matter, it closes with a subtle bitter presence that will fade in the coming years. Better from 2027.
