Lamponi, ribes, coriandolo, tiglio in fiore, sandalo e pepe bianco descrivono la scena principale di questo giovane Paullac che avrà ancora tanta strada davanti a sè prima di regalarsi a pieno. In sottofondo le sfumature di mandorle, citronella e vetiver descrivono la scena secondaria. Corpo medio, tannini perfettamente estratti ed un finale elegante e composto che piace perchè racconta il bello dell'essenziale. Bevi ora o invecchia.
