Solido e decisamente integro nel calice regala emozioni nella luminosità delle note miste floreali e fruttate. Sfumature di prugne rosse si fondono a fragoline di bosco, cedro in pezzi, lime tritato e corteccia bagnata. In sottofondo il guaranà e l'ibisco donano un'impronta red alla matrice sempre vivace e compatta. Corpo pieno, tannini perfettamente maturi di splendida bellezza e grana finissima ed un finale succoso e bilanciato che chiude leggiadro e sapido. Dal primo vigneto acquistato dalla proprietà nel 1961 da Paolo Colla. Un lavoro incredibile di selezione ed individuazione della migliore particella della MGA, poco più grande di mezzo ettaro e di selezione delle uve nelle parti diverse del grappolo. Solid and intact in the glass, exciting in the luminosity of the mixed floral and fruit notes. Hints of red prunes blend with wild strawberries, cut cedar, chopped lime and wet bark. In the background guaranà and hibiscus give a red imprint to the lively, compact matrix. Full bodied, perfectly matured tannins of great beauty and very fine grain and a juicy, balanced finale with a graceful, savoury closure. From the first vineyard ever bought by the owner Paolo Colla in 1961. An incredible job of selection and individuation from the best MGA plot, only a little more than half a hectare and with grapes selected from different parts of the bunch. Drink now or hold.
