È gioia pura nel calice ed alterna note di fiori di camomilla, tiglio, elicriso, ginestre, mandorle bianche ed ananas. È vivace e sottile nello stesso tempo e mostra grande eleganza nella complessità della matrice principale. Corpo pieno, maturo e grasso nel sorso mostra una notevole bevibilità ed una materia prima nobile e decisamente persistente nell'aftertasting. Il miglior Etna Bianco mai degustato.
