Succoso e fragrante mostra note di ribes, lamponi, ciliegie, buccia di limone e timo selvatico. Corpo pieno, tannini morbidi ed un finale genuino e ben compatto. Davvero sapido in chiusura. Fermentazioni a bassa temperatura. Affinato per 6 mesi in botti grandi e 6 mesi in bottiglia prima di essere rilasciato sul mercato. Bevi ora.

Juicy and fragrant showing notes of redcurrants, raspberries, cherries, lemon rind and wild thyme. Full bodied, soft tannins and a genuine, compact finale. Really tasty in the closure. Fermented at low temperatures. Refined for 6 months in large barrels and 6 months in the bottle before being released on to the market. Drink now.
